Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Full-time graduation in any discipline from a government-recognized institution.
- Preferred: Full-time MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance. 38
2. Experience
- Minimum 3 years as a Relationship Manager in MSME banking with any bank, NBFC, or financial institution. Internships/training do NOT count. 45
3. Age Limit (as of May 1, 2025)
- Minimum Age: 25 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years
- Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates per government rules.
Candidates must be born between May 2, 1992, and May 1, 2000.
