Eligibility Criteria
Post-Wise Distribution
- Technician Grade I Signal: 180 vacancies (Requires B.Sc./Diploma/Degree in Physics, Electronics, CS, IT, or Instrumentation) 36.
- Technician Grade III: 6,000 vacancies (Requires Matriculation + ITI in trades like Carpenter, Foundryman, or Act Apprenticeship) 512.
Age Relaxations (as of July 1, 2025)
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- PwBD: +10 years + category-based relaxation
- Ex-Servicemen: Service duration + 3 years
Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Grade I: 100 MCQs (90 mins) on General Awareness, Mathematics, Basic Science, and IT.
- Grade III: 100 MCQs (90 mins) on Mathematics, Reasoning, General Science, and Current Affairs.
- Negative marking: ⅓ deduction per wrong answer.
- Document Verification: Scrutiny of academic, caste, and photo ID proofs.
- Medical Examination: Fitness assessment as per railway standards

- Registration: Use mobile/email to generate credentials.
